Trapped emotions are negative emotions that become lodged inside our energy bodies throughout our lives. If we cannot process them, they become 'trapped emotions'. These emotions create a negative charge or vibration within us that can lead to chronic & anxious issues. Releasing them creates balance within the body.
This is unbelievable work that I am honored and humbled to have been able to dive into. Because trapped emotions create a negative vibration in the body, they can create chronic suffering. Releasing these negative charges can help alleviate pain & discomfort.
When negative emotions become trapped, they can create a 'wall' or a shield from letting love in, or out. By removing these heavy emotions, it allows us to become more open to love of others & ourselves.
Removing trapped emotions can help prevent issues from forming. As our energy flows in a more balanced way, our body is allowed to function in a more balanced way as well.
This work may also be done on animals! Animals are emotional creatures & trapped emotions can affect them too. Releasing trapped emotions from animals can help with behavioral issues as well!
The Emotion Code is a technique created by Dr. Bradley Nelson and uses kinesiology or 'muscle testing' to test the body and subconscious mind for trapped emotions. This energy healing technique helps release these trapped emotions and the negative charges attached to them.
As we move through life, we can end up with years of built up trapped emotions without even realizing it. We believe that removing these trapped emotions can result in transformative experiences. Because negative emotions carry a heavy vibration, this can weigh the physical and energy body down. Most people experience a sense of 'feeling much lighter' after each session. The more trapped emotions you remove, the more light and open you can feel.
What I love about the Emotion Code is that it is a "talking is optional" technique. You can be as open as you would like about the emotions being removed. As a practitioner, I simply remove them for you, as the basis for this practice. This can be done in person, over the phone/Zoom or by proxy via email. Deeper healing sessions are available from me but are not necessary.
So how does this all work?
We believe that because emotions are made up of energy just like the rest of the body, they can affect the physical body itself when they become trapped. This can cause acute pain and disease. Releasing these emotions allows the body to find balance within itself to create the right conditions for it to heal. Physical and emotional difficulties become more manageable or often disappear all together. This technique helps to clear blocks to creativity, it removes 'heart walls' that can open the heart to find love in the world & can help break down barriers to achieve life goals.
What to expect from your sessions:
During the consultation call or first meeting, we will discuss areas of concern that you would like to address. We can always do 'general clearings' to simply remove emotions that are weighing you down.
Once the session begins, whether it be in person or distanced, I will simply ask the body and subconscious mind what trapped emotions need to be released, whether it be focusing on a specific issue or doing a general clearing.
If in person or over the phone, as I identify each emotion you can be as open about the emotions as you feel comfortable & once you are ready, I will release the trapped emotion. (If this is done by proxy via email, this does not apply as I just do the session & email you the results.)
Releasing the trapped emotion is done by running a healing magnet along the governing meridian. This is an acupuncture meridian that supports many of your body & energy functions. Once a trapped emotion is released, it is possible to feel an immediate calm and release and I have had a few clients say they feel 'tingly'.
We recommend releasing no more than 10 emotions in one session because the body and mind may need some time to process & reset. Some sessions, there may be only one heavy emotion to release and process. I do each session with respect to the subconscious mind as it is the true guide during the process.
I truly believe in this work & have so much gratitude for this practice. In the short time that I have been doing release work on myself, I feel like a totally different person emotionally and physically. Pain that I thought would get worse as I aged has dispersed, I don't have nearly as many emotional break downs as I used to & I feel much more clear headed in my daily life because my anxiety is much more manageable. Releasing trapped emotions is literally releasing emotional baggage!
