I’m here to testify the way Mishayla & her training programs have not only changed my body, energy & mind, but changed my perception of exercise & health as well. I’ve leaned on her for many distant energy work sessions & I can honestly testify that her intuition is unmatched, but also her delivery of energy clarification is so gentle & loving. You never feel like you’re being judged. She’s the reason I decided to take my reiki career further bc she makes you feel like “YES, im healing, and YES, I HAVE support!” She’s cleared up many of my stagnations to where im waking up the next morning actually feeling a difference, a light in my heart. No exaggeration. When it comes to exercise … I was the kind of person who needed to see 800 calories burned to feel like I “did” anything. Also, having a few kids will throw me off track once in a while. Well, I had a hunch to lean on my friend for support & guidance on how to workout and how to lean down, tone up, all without killing myself with long & strenuous exercise. Her mindfulness when she communicates never makes me feel judged, even when I skip a day or two. Her workouts have opened my mind & heart to the fact that I can in fact get a 30 min or less workout in, & that stretching really WORKS. we’ve hit all the target muscles I needed strengthened, we’ve eased my aches & pains bc of such target muscles, & she helped me not exert SO many calories, and I STILL lost about 10 lbs, toned the stubborn inner thigh & lower belly, all while feeling amazing about myself and never questioning if what I did was good enough, because the expertise Mishayla gives us honestly something we all need in our life. I’m happy trainerize allows me to literally keep her in my back pocket..

I’ve had an emotion release done by her that helped me overcome my past traumas I was holding on to. Additionally, she put together an incredibly detailed Human Design Chart that showed me everything about myself including the way I function, how I think, how to invest my energy, what inspires/motivates me, and even the kind of diet I should stick to in order to be my best self. Mishayla has been a huge blessing in my life thanks to her energy work and all of the things she has done for me! Thank you Mishayla!

I’ve been to Mishayla's Mindful Guidance workshop twice. Each time I learned something new. Something about her is so inspiring, peaceful and intriguing. I feel like she’s lived a hundred lives and maybe that’s because she’s been in a lot of situations and has learned from them. Being able to learn from her is a gift and I’ve actually based an annual vision board party to commit and execute things I’ve learned. One of the important things I’ve learned is new goals don’t have to be set in the beginning of the year with all of the New Years hype. Wait until it settles down and then commit to your goals when YOU are ready.
